Refunds and Exchange

All sales are final on special ordered merchandise, personalized merchandise, engraved merchandise, Gift earrings, watches, rings, necklaces, chains, or bracelets that have been sized, lengthened, or altered.

Full refunds or exchanges will be made to any customer who presents merchandise within 30 days of purchase, in its original condition, and with the original sales receipt, packaging, and warranty.

Credit Card Refunds

Refunds for credit card purchases will be made to the credit card used for purchase. The Packing Slip or a copy of the email Order Confirmation can be used in place of the sales receipt.

Special Orders

All sales are final for special orders, personalized and engraved merchandise, and on jewelry that has been sized or altered in length.

Clearances

Items marked “FINAL SALE or Clearance” are not eligible for returns or price adjustments.
