Unless specified otherwise, the delivery of a custom garment order is usually made within 35 days of the date of order and the date of receipt of the measurement confirmation.
Unless specified otherwise, the delivery of a ready-to-wear garment order is usually made within 7-10 days of the date of order.

We will process refund as soon as possible, and it may take 7 to 10 days to show up in your bank transaction.
If your order requires alteration, we will provide you with a cost of up to $80 per custom suit only.
Ready-to-wear garments and custom shirts are excluded from the alteration cost support.
Only fit related alterations are applicable and do not apply to repairs for wear and tear.
If your custom garment cannot be altered by a tailor, we will provide remake.
Please request for alteration cost within 30 days of delivery of your order. For remake request, within 30 days of delivery of your order.
Suit remake is only supported for customers who do not receive alteration cost support.
Changing the suit customization options is not possible during a remake.
Remake policy does not apply to ready-to-wear garments.
For return, goods must be returned in new, unaltered, and unused condition within 30 days of delivery.
If those conditions are not met we are not able to refund the order, and we will send it back to customer.
Once we receive the items, we will immediately initiate the refund, which should show on the bank statement within 7-10 days.
We do not bear any packing costs in case of return and cannot refund the total amount higher than your payment price
We make every effort to accurately express the color of the fabric used in production. However, the colors on the screen may not be accurate on different monitor screens.
We provide free fabric samples up to 3 fabrics. Also we sell “Swatch Kit” including up to 12 fabrics and a measuring tape.
The swatch kit is ineligible for return.
In rare cases when pricing errors are caused by website technical errors, we have the right not to supply goods at that price. We will contact you and let you know the correct price. You have the right to cancel the order if you choose.
We have the right to change all prices at any time, but if any price changes occur after the order is completed, you will pay the agreed price at the time of payment. (except if the price is incorrect due to website technical problems).
