Free return shipping on all orders.
All returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be in unworn, unaltered and undamaged condition.
For Custom-made suits and shirts, refunds are made only by digital Peter Mason giftcard. Giftcard amount will not expire.
For Ready-to-wear suits and shirts, refunds are made to the original method of payment.
We will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days of receiving your returned item.

Free exchange / remake on all Custom-Made orders. All exchange / remake must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be in unworn, unaltered and undamaged condition.
For Custom-made suits and shirts, we will completely remake the product. New order will be shipped within 3 ~ 4 weeks. We highly recommend to take advantage of our alteration credit before considering remake, as remake may need extended time.
For Ready-to-wear suits and shirts, new order will be shipped within 7 ~ 10 days.

For custom suits, we provide up to $80 alteration credit towards either at your local tailor or at Peter Mason store.
