We guarantee our jewelry forever against defects in workmanship and materials to ensure they remain everlasting memories of Hawaii for you and generations to come.

1 Year Warranty for “Silver, Koa Wood and Watches”

Silver, vermeil, and gold-filled carry a one-year warranty. This warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear-and-tear or abuse. This warranty does not extend to lost or damaged pearls or gems, or to broken or damaged chains.

Repair

We will repair or replace our jewelry, unconditionally and without charge, if the defect is due to workmanship or materials. Jewelry can be shipped to 7101 Democracy Blvd, Bethesda, MD 20817. With limited exceptions, customers are responsible for covering shipping costs to return. Alterations may incur additional fee.

* Please note that lost or stolen jewelry does not qualify for replacement under our guarantee.
